Ron Hsu

Ron Hsu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user growth and operations, currently serving as the Global Lead for User Growth & Operations at Lalamove since September 2021. Prior to this, Ron held various positions at GoShare, a leading scooter sharing service in Taiwan, where the focus was on growth marketing. Previous roles include a Summer Analyst position at Citi, a Business Strategy & Marketing role at PayMe from HSBC, and advisory work at PwC in integrated urban services. Early career experiences include an event assistant role at the Taiwan Tourism Bureau and internships focused on research and human resources. Ron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Transport Policy and Planning at The University of Hong Kong, supplemented by exchange programs at prestigious institutions such as Waseda University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Tsinghua University, and Peking University.
