Terence Leung

Terence Leung has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Platform Operations Lead at Lalamove since January 2020, where responsibilities have included leading teams in various operational roles from Operations Associate to Manager. Prior to Lalamove, Terence worked at Uber from November 2018 to January 2020 as a Senior Partner Support Representative, focusing on workforce management, service metrics analysis, and partner support. Earlier experience includes a stint as a Concierge Trainee at The Luxe Manor in 2017. Terence holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Hotel Operations Management from the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong, earned between 2014 and 2018.
