Patricia M. Bacigalupe Arias-Schreiber serves as the Fan Engagement & Retention Manager at LaLiga since March 2023, leading the design and implementation of strategies for user engagement and retention within the digital ecosystem. In addition, Patricia lectures on Digital Fan Engagement at LaLiga Business School's MBA program. Prior experience includes roles at Samsung España as a CX & Loyalty Senior Marketing Strategist, where customer experience strategies were developed, and at Real Madrid C.F., where responsibilities spanned from Fan Experience & Loyalty Senior Executive to Project Business Analyst for the launch of the digital media for the Women's team. Educational qualifications encompass a Master’s in Sports Marketing and various programs focusing on Customer Experience Management and Digital Transformation.
