Kevin Kraus is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the food ingredients industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Special Advisor at Lallemand Inc. since 1995, Kevin has previously held the position of President and CEO at Gist-brocades Food Ingredients from 1990 to 1995. Additionally, Kevin was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Enzyme Bio-Systems Ltd., a subsidiary of CPC International, from 1984 to 1990. Kevin holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business and a BS in Fermentation Science from the University of California, Davis.
