Gopika Nair

Gopika Nair is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources, training, and administration. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Lals Group since February 2011, Gopika has a proven track record in HR roles, including positions as HR Business Consultant at an HR Consultancy from April 2009 to January 2011 and HR Director at Mattex Fabrics (Al Rajhi Group) from October 2007 to March 2009. Prior experience as Regional Manager for GCC at ACNielsen from June 2005 to July 2007 involved managing HR responsibilities across the Gulf Cooperation Council. Gopika holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
