Andrew Lushington

Andrew Lushington is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in product and process engineering, particularly in atomic layer deposition (ALD) technology. Currently serving as a Staff Product Engineer at Lam Research since March 2022, Andrew previously held the position of Senior Process Engineer at ASM, where contributions included developing thermal and plasma ALD processes for logic devices and delivering customer presentations across multiple regions. Prior to that, Andrew worked as an Application Engineer at Arradiance, LLC, focusing on process development for various industries and optimizing customer support for ALD tools. Andrew's academic background includes a PhD in Mechanical and Materials Engineering from Western University, where research involved ALD processes for energy applications, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a focus on Nanotechnology from Carleton University.
