Defu Liang

Defu Liang is a Staff Process Development and Global Product Support Engineer at Lam Research, where they focus on customer support and various deposition product groups. They previously worked at IBM as a Summer Intern in 2011. At Lam Research, they have held multiple positions, including Senior Process Engineer, where they specialized in electroplating, TSV, and WLP processes. Defu earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Materials Science from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science from Harbin Institute of Technology.
