John Wiltse

John Wiltse is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in hardware and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Hardware Engineering Manager at Lam Research since March 2022, John previously held the position of Vice President of Engineering at ESS, Inc. and Hardware Engineering Manager at Lam Research, where leadership in the development of advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment was a focus. Prior roles include Systems Engineering Manager and Engineering Project Manager at FLIR Systems, and Mechanical Engineer at Tektronix, Inc. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Applied Science from Caltech, a Ph.D. and Master of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Arizona, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Georgia Institute of Technology.
