Lee Averett

Lee Averett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles focused on HR reporting, analytics, and information management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Global HR Reporting & Analytics at Lam Research, Lee also owns Magnify Development LLC. Previous positions include leadership roles in global information management and business intelligence at Cummins Inc., where responsibilities spanned custom reporting and IT leadership. Lee began a career at Aspect Communications as a Junior Program Manager. Academically, Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from San Jose State University and a Master's in Applied Information Management from the University of Oregon.
