Malgorzata Jurczak

Malgorzata Jurczak currently serves as the Managing Director at Lam Research since January 2019, bringing extensive expertise from previous leadership roles at ASM and IMEC, where a focus was placed on program management for emerging memory technologies and advanced CMOS devices. During the tenure at IMEC from 2000 to 2016, Malgorzata directed the Emerging Memory Devices Program, significantly advancing Resistive RAM technology and enhancing the performance of various memory concepts. Educationally, Malgorzata holds both an M.Sc. in Microelectronics and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology.
