Pulkit Agarwal

Pulkit Agarwal is a highly experienced professional in the field of mechanical engineering and product development, currently serving as the Director and Product Line Head at Lam Research since May 2016. Pulkit leads a technical team of PhD engineers focusing on PEALD product development across R&D, productivity improvements, and customer support, with significant achievements in developing key differentiative technologies. Prior to this role, Pulkit worked at Applied Materials as a Materials and Process Engineer, where notable contributions included developing advanced CVD/PECVD processes for cutting-edge semiconductor technologies. Pulkit has also served as a Research Assistant and PhD Candidate at the University of Minnesota, contributing to several significant plasma research projects, and held a visiting scientist position at GREMI, University d'Orleans. Educational qualifications include a PhD and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
