Raghuraj Hathwar

Raghuraj Hathwar is a Staff Software Engineer at Lam Research since January 2018, with a progression through roles including Senior Software Engineer and Senior Software Developer. Prior to this position, Raghuraj served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Arizona State University, focusing on simulations of transport in diamond-based devices and designing a high voltage diamond PNP BJT. Raghuraj's earlier experience includes Research Assistant roles at Arizona State University and graduate technical internships at Intel Corporation, where contributions included enhancing Monte Carlo simulations for nanowire transistors and calibrating device simulation codes. Raghuraj holds a PhD and MS in Solid State Devices from Arizona State University, as well as a B.Tech in Engineering Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
