Sangjun Cho

Sangjun Cho is a seasoned professional in engineering with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Engineering at Lam Research since September 2019, Sangjun Cho previously held the position of Sr. Director at Applied Materials from June 2018 to September 2019. Prior to that, Sangjun Cho was a Technical Director at Lam Research for over a decade, from October 2005 to June 2018. Early career experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Virginia Commonwealth University from September 2002 to September 2005. Sangjun Cho earned a Ph.D. and an MS from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, completing the latter in 1998 and the former in 2002.
