Xiaohuan Fu

Xiaohuan Fu is a seasoned Sr. Engineering Manager at Lam Research since January 2015, leading diverse teams in plasma etch hardware upgrades, qualification, process development, and the management of large-scale facility projects and budgets. Prior roles at Lam Research include Engineering Manager, Staff Product Engineer, Sr. Product Engineer, and Product Engineer, focusing on hardware troubleshooting, productivity solutions, and new product support for top-tier NAND customers. Xiaohuan Fu's earlier experience includes semiconductor device research at the Microelectronics Research and Development Laboratory at Northern Illinois University, a research assistantship at Argonne National Laboratory, and serving as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Motorola. Xiaohuan Fu holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology.
