Zhou Yang

Zhou Yang has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, having served as Technical Director at Lam Research from August 2018 to July 2022, along with roles as Manager/Senior Manager of Engineering and Process Engineer Senior/Staff. Prior to Lam Research, Zhou held the position of Process Engineer 3/Senior at Applied Materials from April 2016 to August 2018. Zhou’s academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, where Zhou was also a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant and a Graduate Research Assistant from September 2009 to March 2016. Earlier experience includes working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Science and Technology of China from September 2007 to July 2009.
