Destiny Kasubaski Rosado

Destiny Kasubaski Rosado has extensive experience in talent management and engagement, currently serving as the Director of Talent and Engagement at Lamar Advertising Company since February 2019, where previous roles included Recruiting Strategy and DEI Manager, HR Communication and Engagement Specialist, and HR Generalist. Prior to this, Destiny was a Store Manager at Starbucks from November 2013 to February 2019. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from Queens University of Charlotte, anticipated in May 2025, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Louisiana State University, completed in December 2017.
