Nancy Fletcher

Nancy Fletcher has extensive experience in the out-of-home advertising industry, currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors and the Compensation Committee at Lamar Advertising Company since May 2020. Previously, Nancy held the positions of President and CEO of the Out of Home Advertising Association of America from 1991 to 2019, and later served as President & CEO Emeritus until August 2020. In a transitional role, Nancy was Interim President of Geopath in 2014-2015, focusing on new audience measurement methods. Earlier in her career, Nancy was President and General Manager of Naegele Advertising's Twin Cities Market, and held roles including General Counsel for Major Media Management Corporation and Independent Director at Northwestern National Life Insurance Co. Nancy’s career began as a lobbyist at Larkin Hoffman and included experience as summer staff for U.S. Senator Hubert Humphrey. Nancy obtained a Doctor of Law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and holds a B.A. in History from the University of Minnesota.
