Erika Howard

Erika Howard, PhD, has extensive experience in education, currently serving as Assistant Principal at Lamar Consolidated ISD since June 2020, and previously holding various educational roles including Guidance Classroom Facilitator and Career & Technical Education Instructor across multiple school districts. In addition to educational roles, Erika has experience in the corporate sector, having worked as a Claims Adjuster at Allstate and as Assistant Store Manager at Walgreens. Erika holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Management and Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, along with multiple degrees and certifications in education, business administration, and human resource management.
