J. Andrew Kilmer

J. Andrew Kilmer, PLA, currently serves as the Executive Director of Operations at Lamar Johnson Collaborative since July 2012, leading operational strategy and execution to enhance project performance and financial clarity. Prior roles at LJC include Senior Principal and Director of Operations, focusing on predictable project outcomes and facilitating communication between clients and teams. Additionally, J. Andrew manages Kilmer Farm, a family-owned agricultural operation specializing in cattle and crop production. Previous experience includes positions at HOK, HNTB, and SmithGroupJJR, as well as serving on the Executive Committee and as President of the American Society of Landscape Architects - St. Louis Regional Chapter. J. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Kansas State University and furthered education at Saint Louis University.
