Mike Barkley

Mike Barkley, PE, LEED AP, is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical design and project management. Currently serving as a Commissioning Project Manager at Lamar Johnson Collaborative since April 2024, Mike previously held the position of MEP Specialist at Sundt Construction, where coordination of MEP systems for a 24 MW data center was a key responsibility. Prior roles include Senior Mechanical Engineer at HDR, Managing Principal at Northern Avenue Office Court, Vice President at LSW Engineers, and Senior Mechanical Designer at SmithGroup. Mike has also contributed to education as an instructor at the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design Technology from the University of Advancing Technology, Mike demonstrates a strong commitment to engineering excellence and sustainability.
