Andy Coughlan

Andy Coughlan has extensive experience in student publications and journalism, currently serving as the Director of Student Publications at Lamar University since September 1993, where responsibilities include advising the University Press and teaching journalism classes. Prior to this role, Andy held the position of Assistant Director of Student Publications at Lamar University, providing support to the University Press. Additionally, Andy worked as a Graphic Artist at Port Arthur News from March 1988 to August 1993, focusing on graphic design, page design, editorial cartoons, and column writing. Andy Coughlan earned a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Lamar University and also attended the University of Brighton.
