Juan Zabala currently serves as Vice President for University Advancement and CEO of the Lamar University Foundation, a position held since January 2003. Prior to this role, Juan Zabala was the Assistant Dean at the University of Texas Law School from 1989 to 2003. Juan Zabala holds an MBA from Lamar University, obtained between 2005 and 2007, and a BBA in Business Administration and Management from Sul Ross State University, completed between 1980 and 1982. Additionally, Juan Zabala pursued an ABA degree at Brigham Young University - Idaho during the 1979-1980 academic year.
