Dean Deghetto Sr.

Dean DeGhetto, Sr. has a diverse work experience in the environmental and engineering fields. Dean started their career at Compac Corporation in 1999 as the Director of Engineering, where they held the position for almost a decade until 2008. After that, they joined First Environment as a Senior Associate, providing environmental consulting and engineering services to clients across various industries. During their time at First Environment, they also contributed to business development efforts and mentored young scientists and engineers. Currently, Dean works at Lamart Corporation, where they have held two roles. Dean started as the Manager of Environmental Health and Safety in 2010 and is currently serving as the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility from March 2022 onwards.

Dean DeGhetto, Sr. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Ecology from Rutgers University, where they studied from 1977 to 1981. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology from 1981 to 1984.
