Eric Starnater has a diverse work experience in engineering and project management. Eric started their career as an Engineer at the Texas Department of Transportation in 1989 and worked there until 1997. Eric then joined Carter & Burgess as a Senior Project Manager from 1997 to 2005. In 2002, they took on the role of Project Manager - NTTA Maintenance Management at Carter & Burgess/NTTA, where they were responsible for the development and implementation of the pavement management portion of the Asset Management Program. Since 2005, they have held the position of Vice President at Lamb-Star Engineering.
Eric Starnater attended Tarleton State University from 1983 to 1986, studying Engineering. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering at Texas A&M University from 1986 to 1989. Additionally, Eric has obtained a Registered/Licensed Professional Engineer certification, covering the states of Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Kansas, Mississippi, and Wisconsin.
