Daphne Buijs

Daphne Buijs possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of HR at Lamb Weston EMEA since May 2018 and contributing as a member of the Leadership team. Previous roles include HR Business Partner - Procurement and Senior Talent Advisor at Unilever from February 2015 to May 2018, and various leadership positions at Airbus Group, including Head of Airbus Global Sourcing Team, overseeing 25 recruiters and managing a substantial volume of applications and vacancies. Daphne also held senior roles at Quantum Recruitment Group, receiving accolades as “Division of the Year” for three consecutive years, and began a career in international recruitment and team leadership at Sykes Global Services Ltd. Education includes an ongoing Global HR Leadership Program at Nyenrode Business University, along with a Master in Business Communication and a Bachelor in European Studies.
