Niels Platschorre has over a decade of experience in the food quality management sector, currently serving as the Director of Operational Quality at Lamb Weston EMEA since June 2010. Niels has held multiple roles within the company, including Plant Quality Assurance Manager, QA Manager for Ambient Potato Solutions, QA Service Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Quality Assurance Engineer. Niels began a career in food quality as an intern at Vrumona in 2003. Niels holds a Master of Science degree in Food Quality Management from Wageningen University & Research, obtained between 2003 and 2005, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science & Technology from HAS Green Academy, completed in 2003.
