Jarod Cook

Jarod Cook is an experienced environmental leader currently serving as Director of Environmental - North America at Lamb Weston since May 2021, focusing on environmental compliance and infrastructure improvements. Previously held the position of Senior Manager, Corporate EHS at Lamb Weston, overseeing regional EHS management, and served as Senior Environmental Manager, leading compliance efforts at the Pasco facility. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Manager, Corporate Environmental at The J.M. Smucker Co., President and Chairman of the Board at The Canners Steam Company, and Director of Environmental, Safety, and Corporate Responsibility at Big Heart Pet Brands, where leadership included sustainability initiatives. Earlier in the career at Del Monte Foods, Jarod held several positions culminating as Director of Environmental and Corporate Responsibility, where significant contributions included the development of an ISO 14001-based Environmental Management System. Jarod Cook holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Systems (Environmental) Engineering from the University of Idaho.
