Karen Zammit

Karen Zammit is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in regional and national roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Regional HR for APAC at Lamb Weston since October 2023, Zammit previously held the position of People and Culture Lead Oceania at Lamb Weston Australia from April 2023 to October 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at Krueger Transport Equipment Pty Ltd as General Manager - People and Safety and National Manager - People, Culture and Safety, and HR Operations Manager for Timberlink Australia I New Zealand. Additional roles at O-I involved National Employee Relations Manager and Human Resources Manager at the Melbourne Plant, along with HR management positions at Fuchs Lubricants and the County Court of Victoria. Zammit holds a Master's degree in Employment and Labour Law from Melbourne University and a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Personnel and Industrial Relations from RMIT University.
