Allen Horton

Allen Horton, MBA, CFRE, currently serves as the Director of Alumni Enrichment for Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Account Executive at Blackbaud, Regional Philanthropy Director at YMCA of Middle Tennessee, and Development Officer for Major Gifts at Regional One Health. Allen Horton has a strong background in development, having previously worked as Associate Director of Development and Leadership Consultant for Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. An intern at Fox Sports in 2011, Allen Horton holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Arkansas State University and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Anderson University. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at Liberty University, expected completion in September 2027.
