Katie McHone-Jones

Katie McHone-Jones holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Food Management from Ball State University. Currently serving as the Director of Events for Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Katie has extensive experience in event management, successfully overseeing over 30 diverse events annually with sizable budgets while resolving complex logistical challenges. Previous roles include Executive Director of Retail Engagement & Events at the North American Hardware and Paint Association, where Katie earned the 2023 NHPA Employee of the Year award. Additionally, as a co-founder and Brand Warrior for Recovering Too, Katie advocates for families facing addiction by fostering a supportive community. Past positions also feature roles at General Hotels Corporation and the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of the United States of America, where Katie consistently excelled in operational management and client satisfaction.
