Raju Sagar

Raju Sagar has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and research industry. Raju started their career in 2004 as a Senior Research Associate at Lambda Therapeutic Research, where they analyzed subject samples and supported senior analysts in method development and validation. Raju also performed instrument calibration and maintenance.

In 2006, Raju joined Lupin India as a Research Associate, where they developed methods for NCE molecules on LC-MS/MS and contributed to preclinical studies.

Raju then joined Synapse Labs Pvt. Ltd. in 2007 as a Senior Research Officer. Here, they served as a Lab In-charge and Bioanalytical Investigator, gaining experience in operating and troubleshooting LC-MS/MS instruments and setting up the bioanalytical department.

Raju returned to Lambda Therapeutic Research in 2011 as a Research Scientist, responsible for method development, validation, and project sample analysis for regulatory submissions. Raju later took on the role of Senior Research Scientist, where they led a group in method development, validation, and project sample analysis. Raju also monitored audit trails of LC-MS/MS data.

In 2019, Raju transitioned to the role of Associate Project Manager at Lambda Therapeutic Research. Their responsibilities included reviewing raw data, drafting SOPs, and identifying and resolving gaps in project and method validation.

Raju Sagar completed a Diploma in Pharmacy from L.M. College of Pharmacy in August 1998. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Organic Chemistry from M.S. University of Baroda, which they successfully achieved between 2002 and 2004.
