Ravi Damor

Ravi Damor has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical research. In 2019, they worked as a Sr. Clinical Research Coordinator at Visafe Research in Vadodara, where they were responsible for coordinating clinical trials at hospital sites, managing IPs and site supplies, and handling site documentation. From 2020 to 2022, they served as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Hector Research and Archival Pvt Ltd, Nagpur. In this role, they worked with the Site Management Organization (SMO) and was involved in EMA inspections and preparing clinical protocols for the site. In 2022, Ravi joined Himalaya Cancer Hospital & Research Centre as a Team Lead, focusing on Oncology PK Studies and Biospecimen-related trails. Ravi was also involved in creating a PI Database for upcoming studies. Currently, Ravi is working as a Regional Clinical Research Associate at Lambda Therapeutic Research since September 2022.

Ravi Damor completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Sumandeep Vidyapeeth, Vadodara, during the period from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Allahabad. Additionally, Ravi has obtained certifications in Good Clinical Practice from The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) in April 2022, and ICH-GCP E6 R2 from The Global Health Network.
