Ayodeji Tade

Ayodeji Tade has extensive experience working as a Scrum Master and Agile practitioner. Ayodeji started their career at AFT SYSTEMS LTD. in 2014, where they successfully supported two Scrum teams and maintained a high level of efficiency. Ayodeji facilitated the creation of working agreements and definitions of done and ready, resulting in consistent delivery of completed user stories.

In 2016, Ayodeji moved to Mckodev Tech Lab, where they established seven agile Scrum teams across data and software engineering departments. This led to increased productivity and decreased development cycle time. Ayodeji also provided training to agile practitioners, resulting in improved team velocity and employee retention.
