Paul Berridge

Paul Berridge has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Paul started their career at Lloyds TSB, where they worked from 1998 to 2011 in various senior HR business partner roles. During this time, they supported back-office processing divisions and managed HR programs and projects. In 2013, they joined Lambert Smith Hampton as the Lead HR Business Partner for the North & West region. In this role, they managed a team and provided HR support to multiple regions across the UK and Ireland. Since 2017, they have been the Head of HR Business Partnering at Lambert Smith Hampton.

Paul Berridge attended King Edward VI School in Edgbaston, Birmingham from 1976 to 1981. Paul did not receive a degree or specify any field of study during this time. Later, they pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Hispanic Studies (Spanish and Portuguese) at the University of Liverpool, where they studied from 1983 to 1987.
