Rob Harrison began their work experience in 1992 as a Placement Student at Gerald Eve. Rob then worked as a Graduate Surveyor at Grounds & Co from 1994 to 1996. In 1996, they joined Lambert Smith Hampton, where they held multiple roles over the years. These roles included Operations Director & Head of Professional Services from July 2017 to August 2020, Head of Office from January 2019 to August 2020, and currently, they serve as the Head of Office and Valuation East.
