Chief Brand Officer at Lambert

Matt Jackson is a decade-long member of the Lambert team, with nearly 20 years of marketing communications experience in total. He has a successful track record in public relations, earned media campaigns, cause marketing, social media activations, event promotions, advertising and brand positioning. Matt also handles crisis planning responsibilities on behalf of many of Lambert’s consumer goods manufacturing clients.

Matt’s expertise spans traditional and shared/social media spaces, and his work includes successful product launches on behalf of household brands including Chiquita®, Boulder Canyon Natural Foods™, Old Orchard Brands, Jamba®, Moose Tracks® ice cream, T.G.I. Friday’s snacks™, Nathan’s Famous snacks™, Seattle’s Best Coffee®, Vidalia Brands™ and others. National earned media coverage from Associated Press, Good Housekeeping, Men’s Health, Rachael Ray Magazine, Rachael Ray TV, Real Simple, Today Show and others earned his team a Gold Bulldog Award from Bulldog Reporter—a leading PR trade publication— for Best New Product Launch in 2012. In addition, Bulldog awarded Matt’s team with its top award in 2014 for investor and media relations integration on behalf of Inventure Foods (Nasdaq: SNAK).

More recently, Matt’s consumer food & beverage team led a media relations campaign that netted more than 100 million impressions over the course of 10 days, including feature segments on Live! With Kelly & Michael, ABC World News Now, Fox & Friends, The Meredith Vieira Show, The Queen Latifah Show, Rachael Ray, Huffington Post, New York Daily News, Gothamist and others.

Before joining the Lambert team, Matt worked as the director of marketing for a leading cancer center in West Michigan. He was previously an account supervisor for a top-100 advertising agency specializing in the automotive industry.

Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Michigan State University.
