Prior experience includes a nearly nine-year tenure at Maserati, where roles ranged from xEV Propulsion Capability & VEM Manager to Thermal Management Simulation Specialist and CFD Analyst, focusing on integrated system simulation and thermal management solutions for electric and hybrid vehicles. Andrea's professional journey began with internships at Maserati and Cebi Group while pursuing a Master's degree in automotive engineering from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia and a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Università Politecnica delle Marche.
