Susan Ferguson

Re-appointed to the Board in 2020, Susan was elected as the second Vice-Chair and is the current Chair of Programs & Services committee. Susan has over 25 years’ experience with the Lambton Kent District School Board as a math teacher, guidance counsellor and administrator. Susan is currently the Principal of Northern Collegiate in Sarnia. She has served on many board committees including the New Teacher Induction Program, the Tragic Events Response Team and most recently the steering committee of the Board Leadership and Development. Susan has been actively involved in the Ontario Principals’ Council and served on the provincial executive for four years in various capacities including Vice-President. Susan is a graduate from University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pure Mathematics and Statistics. She also received her Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University and is a member of the Ontario College of Teachers.
