Tara Fraser

Tara Fraser is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate Professor in Leadership Development within the School of Business and Tourism & Hospitality Program at Lambton College since September 2021. With a long-standing career at OLG, Tara has held various pivotal roles including Senior Manager of Transformation, Transformation Lead, Manager of Operational Excellence, and Operational Excellence Consultant from 1999 to the present. Responsibilities encompassed leading Operational Excellence initiatives, managing the Lean Six Sigma Certification Program, and ensuring the successful transition of gaming strategies. Tara's educational background includes executive programs in business from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a Medical Terminology degree from NAIT.
