Tiina Laaksonen

Tiina Laaksonen currently serves as the Vice President of People Operations at HiQ Finland, focusing on strategic HR, talent acquisition, and enhancing people and culture since June 2017. In addition, Tiina holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Lamia, starting in January 2023. Previous roles include HR Manager and People & Culture Specialist at HiQ Finland, as well as Research Assistant at the University of Vaasa and Seasonal Worker for the City of Helsinki. Education was completed at the University of Vaasa.
