William Carter

William Carter is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and product management. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at LAMINA1 since November 2022, William previously held the same title at xx network from May 2019 to November 2022 and was the Chief Product Officer and Software Engineer at Elixxir from August 2017 to May 2019. William co-founded Trecento, where responsibilities included product management and software engineering from October 2013 to April 2018, contributing to various VR/AR startups as a researcher and engineer. Earlier experience includes a role as a Student Researcher at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory and as a Project Management Analyst at Parsons Corporation. William holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Virginia Military Institute.
