Sara Germano

Sara Germano is an accomplished HR professional with a diverse background in communication and event management. Currently serving as an HR Generalist at LAMINAM SpA since April 2022, Sara previously worked as an HR Recruiter at Ag. Generali Modena Via Emilia Est from October 2021 to May 2022. Earlier experiences include a digital communication role at Quattro eventi and a communication and organization position at Liu Jo Nordmeccanica Modena. Sara's foundational experience as an Assistant Coach at Scuola di Pallavolo Anderlini included technical preparation of youth teams and event organization.
