Tomasz Szewczyk

Tomasz Szewczyk has a diverse work experience in the field of frontend development. Tomasz currently holds the position of Lead Frontend Engineer at Laminar Global, where they oversee a television developer team specializing in apps for Connected TVs, AndroidTV, AppleTV, and Roku platforms. Tomasz is responsible for managing tasks within the team and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Frontend Engineer at the same company, involved in developing an app for Connected TVs for a leading OTT client. In this role, they focused on problem-solving and creating a visually appealing application.

Before joining Laminar Global, Tomasz served as the Chief Executive Officer at NEST in 2021. Tomasz also gained experience as a Frontend Developer at ARC Software, where they managed the development of an app for a major OTT client. Tomasz was responsible for creating web client apps and a mobile app using React Native. Prior to that, they worked at devTicon as a Frontend Engineer, managing apps for companies such as Kolporter, Tauron, and Novitus. In this role, they worked on mobile app development using the Ionic framework.

Tomasz also has experience outside of the tech industry. Tomasz served as a Wiolonczelista at Opera Wrocławska from 2017 to 2019. In addition, they worked as a self-employed Frontend Developer before joining devTicon, where they developed their frontend development skills.
