Lamberto Marcial is a Senior Consultant at Laminar Projects, with a focus on the development and maintenance of comprehensive programmes across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Prior experience includes roles as Project Scheduler II at The Haskell Company, where Lamberto developed project schedules for proposals and collaborated closely with project management on schedule updates. As Planning and Control Associate Manager at Makati Development Corporation, Lamberto oversaw Master Contract Programmes and supported the creation of Project Pre-Execution and Execution Plans while analyzing project performance and revenue variances. Earlier roles included a Planning and Scheduling Engineer at Manila's Finest Construction Inc., where Lamberto developed schedules for a 200MW powerplant, and Planning and Control Engineer at Makati Development Corporation, focusing on baseline schedule creation and variance analysis. Lamberto holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Mapúa University and a Master of Science in Construction Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
