With a background in human resources management, Thomas has held various HR roles in companies such as Mercato Metropolitano, Señor Ceviche, Korean Dinner Party, Dirty Bones, CitySprint, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, and Tesco. Thomas has also pursued further education in HR management, team motivation, customer service management, business administration, and aerospace engineering technology.
