April Newberry

April Newberry is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations. As the Vice President of Quality at Lamons Manufacturing & Service Co. since February 2010, April has effectively managed over 100 employees across multiple departments, achieving significant improvements in on-time delivery rates through the implementation of lean manufacturing and master scheduling tools. Prior experience includes serving as Plant Superintendent and Continuous Improvement/Quality Safety Manager at Greif, Inc., where April developed technical specifications, addressed customer complaints, and led initiatives that resulted in ISO certification without findings. April’s career began at Lyondell-Citgo Refining LP, focusing on production analysis, and is supported by an educational background in Process Technology from Texas Tech University.
