Susan Pendleton, CMP, has a vast amount of experience in the meeting and event industry. Susan currently serves as the Director of Client Solutions at Lamont Associates, where Susan is passionate about helping planners enhance attendee experiences and navigate challenges caused by the pandemic. Susan is also the Principal and President/Owner of 5 Diamond Consulting, LLC, where Susan provides a range of services to assist meeting planners in hosting successful events. With previous experience at companies such as Marriott International and Hyatt Regency, Susan brings a wealth of industry expertise to their role. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
