Mervi Oikkonen

Mervi Oikkonen has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Mervi began their career in 2000 at ABB Oy, where they held various HR roles before becoming HR Director. Mervi worked at ABB Oy until 2020. In 2020, Mervi joined Neste Oyj as the Head of HR for Neste Oil Products Production. Mervi held this position until 2021. Currently, Mervi is the HR Director at Lamor Corporation, where they have been working since 2022.

Mervi Oikkonen completed their Master of Economic Sciences degree in Organizational Leadership (HR Management) and Law at Aalto University from 1995 to 1999.
