Amanda Edwards

Amanda Edwards is a Reagent Value Stream Manager and R&D Chemist at LaMotte Company, where involvement in the Management Development Program included leading Kaizen activities, developing improved reagent formulas, and managing the design and procurement of production lines. Previous roles at LaMotte encompassed project engineering and supply chain analysis, utilizing Epicor for inventory management. Prior experience includes a retail sales associate position at Leslie's Poolmart, Inc., assisting students in a Materials Science study abroad program at the University of Delaware, and interning in HR at Elkem Silicones. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware and graduated from Freehold High School.
