Sometimes you feel stuck but don’t know what to do about it. At Lamppost Wellness, we believe it helps to have someone light the way.

Our team represents a diverse range of trainings, therapeutic approaches, and life experiences and works with individuals, children, teens, couples, and families. We also have specialized training in perinatal therapy to help individuals and couples expecting or having recently had a child.

But therapy is not first and foremost about our degrees and credentials—it’s about empathy and compassion for you, wherever you may find yourself. We at Lamppost Wellness are here to light your path to healing.
